I have a spreadsheet that I need to sort by address geographical location. Almost all the addresses are labeled with SE,SW,NE or NW depending on their geographical location in the city. I want to sort the addresses by that criteria but I'm not that good with Google Sheets. Wish it was Excel.
Any help appreciated.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

If there was a dedicated column for SE, SW, NE, NW etc..then I would just filter the column for what you need.
If not, maybe vlookup for the direction you want first, and copy into a new sheet and repeat for all directions.

If possible use excel then sort/filter by location.
If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.
