Good Afternoon,

I am looking for a duck hunting lease in the Jackson County area. Looking for this year or the 2019-2020 season. I hunt the area most weekends on WMA/ public land. Willing to pay top dollar for the right lease. Any information at all on acquiring a lease in the area would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Robert

I'd ride the area with binos, scout and see where the action is. After that, I'd find contact info and knock on some doors. Living all over, I learned that its more a chance of receiving permissions if in person vs phone calls.

I can't imagine there being any exclusive waterfowl leases in Alabama, but then again I don't know for sure. Maybe you can find one or two.

We were on several leases growing up in the area. There are lots and lots of birds in the area you would be surprised.

We leased out ours for ducks this year cuz I don't duck hunt...easy money for a landowner with swamps on it he made agreement to let me know where he was going so he wouldn't mess up my deer hunts...

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

I'd pay for some good flooded timber down here in Baldwin.

Hell, you have 100,000 acres flooded right now in the Upper Delta grin
