I've been thinking about a 450 Bushmaster upper for the last couple of weeks. Don't know why I've suddenly got that itch but if I had the time to get one built, scoped and sighted in before firearms season I would probably have it. If you hunt out of state the 450 bushmaster works for states that require a straight wall design. But those sorts of states probably also have no semi auto type rules.

Been wanting one of those Marlin Lever guns. Stainless with laminate stock, with the oversized loop.
Can't remember the model. Oh, and in 45-70 or 450. Your looking for the 1895 SBL Yep, that's it. Thanks!
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Probably a case hardened Henry lever action .45-70 with octagonal barrel.

Nothing in particular. I just roll with the flow Same here. I'm to the point where I don't really want or need anything. My "next gun" usually just jumps out at me as something novel that I don't already own and is of good quality and craftsmanship. I just picked up my "next gun" this past weekend....a pristine Remington 1100LW in 20 gauge/improved cylinder. It is a sweet little rascal. They just don't make em like they used to!

The 300 PRC is eating at me. Fast It's kinda funny Hornady is taking established newer cartridges and capturing market share There was 260 but up pops 6.5Creedmoor and 260 is now pretty much irrelevant for many. There was 300WSM but up pops Hornadys PRCs and they're looking better than the WSMs.

I bet most folk on this forum pick up lonely firearms like a liberal lady rescues stray cats. About the only thing you've said I can agree with.

AU7MM08 sold me the one he had. It's is in remarkable shape and the fit and finish is impeccable. Much better than the stuff today.

My wish list (in no particular order):
Glock 19 with a P80 frame
7mmRM with a 26" bull barrel with helical fluting
.44mag Lever Action
20ga side-by-side
