We will only have about 24 hrs but just seeing what we should check out or where to eat. We will be staying downtown at the Hyatt regency.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Museum at Dealy Plaza is worth a look.

SaltGrass Steakhouse. Try the Range Rattlers. Del Friscos is another good place to eat but pricey. Stockyards in FT Worth is neat.

I found Dealy Plaza surprisingly emotional. Take your time and walk it. See the timeframe markers and while the museum was neat, tracing the steps puts you in the moment.

Museum at Dealy Plaza is worth a look. Yup. Good museum. Beretta has a corporate store in Highland Park that is really nice I've heard, I haven't been.

It's expensive, but the book depository is cool from where JFK was shot. Dealy plaza has an X on the road where the car was. As mentioned, Twisted Root is good but crowded. If you've got the kids, check out the Dallas aquarium.

A million messicans, driving 100 mph, bumper to bumper, and toll roads at every turn. After about an hour, the only thing you'll be wanting to see is the quickest way out of Dallas.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

I have heard the Bush museum is awesome.

I enjoyed Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie. Didn't watch the horses but the women was worth the admission. Then we ate supper one night at some show place, downtown, with a fat Elvis imposter who wasn't very good. I was particularly impressed with the way they disguise and hide the traffic signs downtown. Not wanting anything to detract from the natural beauty of the urban skyline, they've designed all the traffic control symbols to be completely obscured from view, making your trip across town more than just a little bit entertaining.
