Anybody know where I can buy USDA Prime ribeyes between Birmingham and Montgomery?

IIRC, "Penny Profit" in Montgomery used to sell them.

Costco has them, and the ones I have had have all been excellent.

I thought that little Market in town had them.
Bee Mart or Beas Mart or something like that.

Yeah be careful there. They sell "Premium ribeye" the last time I was in there. Doubt that is USDA prime.

I've never bought a steak there. My steaks come from a pasture just down the road.

Yeah that's it.
They got some good chicken swirls and twice baked taters.
I had a weak moment, last time I was there, and bought some boudin. That was a mistake, it was horrible. After all these years I still haven't learned some lessons. Like, never buy boudin outside of Louisiana or Texas.

I think he meant Mr P’s on shades crest. Me and my daughter grilled a couple of ribeyes from there Friday night. Hard to beat a ribeye from Mr P’s.

We eat the costco steaks regularly they are the go to steaks. But for a few bucks more just get the peppertrees steak and wine. It is mind boggling at how much better they taste then costco. I honestly dont know the difference ( perhaps aging), but wow what a ribeye!!!!!
