I got mine when I was 19 or 20, 27 now. Got a couple more I’d like to get in the near future.

First one at 18, the most recent at 45. I get them for me. Don't care if somebody doesn't like them. Don't care what any religion has to say about them.

I have just one and it is in honor of friends lost. 10 of us decided on a tat and one of us lived long enough to get it so I have no regrets. I was 21 when I got it and I’m 47 now soon 48. I had a friend in the army that had his girlfriend’s face tattooed on his entire back, it was beautiful artwork beyond any I’d ever seen as far as tats go. Looked just like a pic of her, she sent him a dear john the very day it was complete. He came in from the tat shop after the 23rd and final trip and I handed him the letter, everyone was standing behind him talking about how real it looked as he opened and read the letter having no idea

I guess its everyones choice, iam fine with that. however there seems to be alot of judgement cast towards people who don't have tatoo's. I hear it at work all the time. people mocking the holier than thou bunch that don't have tattoos, or "they think their sin is better:" or you hear" I just volunteered at the children's hospital don't judge me. when in reality nobodys thinking about it.

I don't have any but the wife's been wanting one..mainly a certain design I drew for her many moons ago when I would write her letters and sign it and add the drawing on them..one of my son's has a few including his son's name and another design for his baby.

Got one at 18 that can be hidden by a shirt. Likely will get another one sometime soon.

I have one on my left shoulder. It looks exactly like a polio vaccine scar. I got it when I was six.

Seriously though. I enjoy seeing a good tattoo, but I've never wanted one.
