Tough day. Water temps ranged from the high 70's to low 80's. Think the fish are transitioning out of their Spring pattern to the Summer ledge pattern. 13 won our tourney with a 6.80 lb big fish. Winner stayed shallow most of the day. There was a buddy tournament out of the same launch that had 17 boats. 14 pounds won theirs.
I tried a little bit of everything: main river ledge, humps in the backs of creeks, way shallow back of creeks, and finally caught some on secondary points.

From North Sauty to Spring Creek. You'd have won all the tournaments out of Spring Creek.

Tuesday night tourney out of Browns Creek this evening. Top 3 weights: 26,19 and 17. I caught about 15-20 fish but most of them had short tails. 2.5 hr tournament. Caught all of mine 5-7 ft.

I'm the guy with the blue tracker. I only fish 2-3 of those per year due to being at the baseball field almost.every day. I have known Mr. Sumner all my life and used to fish with him a bit. His partner Jeff is my cousin also.
