I've used Goat Tuff and Arizona Archery Fastset gel with good luck.

I use fletch tite platinum for most of my arrows. It doesn’t hold quite as good as the super glue type but it’s easier to clean off the arrow when you need to replace fletchings. Pine Ridge makes a good fast drying type glue. If you use the AAE max series vanes you’ll need the primer pen to make the glue stick. Also be sure to clean your shaft good. Nothing wants to stick to a dirty shaft.

I either use sinew or Duco if I'm lazy. I don't know what your set up is so sinew may not be an option.
I hope we have once again reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. Theres a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts. Ronald Reagan
