Will you guys keep us updated? I used to go thru here every trip hunting in Troy. I shopped at that feed store hat belonged to a family that also owned a sand pit. They had a very interesting Artifact collection in here. Prayers for all involved.

Posted on local news last night that shooter could not legally purchase a firearm due to his mental state and officials were unaware at that this time how and where he got the 22 rifle.

This reminds me of so many of these "random" shootings over the last 20+ years. Including that case down in southeast Alabama where that local mentally off dude hijacked a school bus. We have a major problem with mental health treatment in this country - but more so the virtual absence of commitment of lunatics in the rubber rooms of the loony bin where they belong. Back in the 70s and 80s the liberals vigorously campaigned to close all the mental hospitals in this country as being "cruel and inhumane" to those committed there. Now we see what happens when we take "live and let live" too far and we have lunatics running amok all over the country, not to mention hundreds of thousands of black and Hispanic gangsters. Many of these folks were just turned out into the streets with nowhere to go and no way to earn a living. It was a far more cruel thing that letting them stay in a place where they could get help. And now everyone suffers for it. Prayers sent for all the victims of another bad decision. I think we get more evidence every day that Western Civilization is doomed. As a people group, we no longer have the resolve to make the decisions necessary to survive. History is just a long list of a stronger people group conquering a weaker one. We have all the resources to prosper, but as a group I am afraid we lack the resolve to even survive. We lack the resolve to defend our children. We lack the resolve to defend our borders. We lack the resolve to defend society itself. A group like this can't last. The Muslims have the resolve to not only survive, but to conquer. Right now they lack the resources, but they are acquiring more every day. And they don't mind making the hard, and even cruel, decisions needed to beat us.

I agree that as a nation we have become weak because we lack the fortitude to make tough decisions which make people uncomfortable. It will be our undoing at some point in the future. I think this country will collapse under the strain of socialism which has infiltrated our government.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
