Okaloosa. PM me your number and we can definitely talk about it. You came at me pretty harsh so I gave it back. For the peanut gallery on here expecting some massive issue, the truth of the matter is that we will probably end up friends before this is all over. If not, that's fine too. I'm a good guy and I'm betting that FL cracker will probably turn out to be the same when it is all said and done.

I'll say this. I ran up on a poacher other day. Called GW and he specifically told me to hold them in and do not let them leave. I did.

I would have bet that one of y'all had to be from Okaloosa county.

Especially if he stood and wobbled. I would go the the land owner and tell her you are asking permission to cross her line to recover your buck that you shot on YOUR side and he made it over her line. And go find that buck in the rain or dark he is there..

LOL..you ever meet Matt? Son of a gun is a BIG man. Im sure all he had to do is stand up in front of the ole boy and tell him" set your arse right there...and dont freaking move" and he would have.

Now also holding a Mossy Defender? Im sure the ole boy stood put and got to meet the warden.

Good job Matt, I hope they throw the book at the poacher.

Alexander Shunnarah and "the Hammer" Slocumb must be smiling if they're reading this thread.

The state agent immunity of even a game warden is lost if there's a "mistaken interpretation of the law" involved when an arrest is made.

Be careful and know for sure what you're doing when detaining people. You don't enjoy state agent immunity protection.

I’m not knocking you, but if the neighbor is that big of a problem, I probably wouldn’t be deer hunting a 3 acre tract, unless you could guarantee the deer would drop right there. Which, no one can do.
