Deer are everywhere in Prattville this morning. Had a horny spike run by this morning and just saw 5 in a field.

Had a basket 5 point that was palmated come out of the cutover and 15 yards from me and never seen him til he saw me drinking my mtn. Dew lol. He took off and I whistled and he stopped in the brush about 50 yards away had a good opening I thought and took the shot but apparently that bullet was meant for a sapling and not a deer this morning. Seen 8 in the same spot yesterday morning and had the same exact thing happen but a much longer shot. Took my gun back to the house a shot it and its on but the last 2 mornings trees have been eating bullets lol

Had the honor of hunting with my daughter this morning. Saw 7 does between the two of us but no bucks in tow. Headed back to sit 1:00 until with a good friend.

Somehow I screwed around and didn't see a thing this morning. The guys hunting behind us saw a 6 and an 8.

About to slip into the stand for a late afternoon hunt. Better late than never.

I'll be out there later, every evening this week I've slipped in about 4:45-5 and seen deer each time.

In the tree in Jackson County bow hunting. Seen 5 so far one potential shooter but got winded. He was tending a doe and she smelled me. Starting to ran but I will hang in till dark. You never know what might come by.

Moved to a beaver pond where several ridges finger into the bottom. Fingers crossed

Been running the dozer all day and have seen deer everywhere. Had a big buck chase a doe across a pasture. She hit the lake and swam across a 2 acre lake trying to get this buck off of her. My gun was 100 yards away in the truck but it was cool to watch. I've got the gun in hand now let another one do that
