Who is familiar with them. Back in October I purchased a 2014 Chevy Z71 with 97k miles. I went a head and got the extended warranty on it. It’s the basic guard with a $200 deductible. I’m not sitting in a gas station, bc what seems to be my Transmission has went out. So where should I take my truck to get fixed and how do I get this price started. Unfortunately this is my only vehicle and I have no other way of going to work nor anywhere else. Thanks

I would try to get a Jasper transmission or a Chevrolet refurbished warrantied transmission. The weak part of a Chevrolet is the transmission, I had 5 put in my last Chevrolet.

I was reading earlier and noticed the 14 model they had a lot of issues with the Transmission

If I'm not mistaken the ally program is tied to gm service and has to go to a gm dealer.

I would call the people I have the protection plan through.

Also I checked the Transmission fluid. It’s was good on level wise, but had a black color to it. Didn’t smell burnt or anything

I think most of those have roadside and rental protection. Call the service number on the contract
