How is the deer hunting here? I’ve been on it several times but haven’t seen any deer. I was thinking about going to the gun hunt there later this month. I have only gun hunted private land and didn’t know how busy it would be on a gun hunt. Anyone ever been there for the gun days? It’s relatively small compared to the other WMA’s and didn’t know if it would be too crowded or dangerous.

Ive only ever been on dove shoot if gun deer days are anything like that id stay far far away we showed up 2 hours before shooting hours and probably 50 people on one 5 acre field couldnt get a bird within 100 yards without 50 shots going off.

I had the same experience as you on a dove hunt. That was my first and only time to dove hunt there on opening day.
