I have an outfitter that I have booked lots of hunts for in NW Nebraska that offers either mule deer or whitetail.
The Nebraska season generally opens the 2nd Saturday of November and runs for 9 days. He offers 4½ day hunts that include meals, lodging, 2x1 guiding, trophy prep, etc.
