Ok, so it's pretty obvious that Coon isn't on top of most of our favorite lists, so what is? Not specific cuts, but which animal? Pick only one.
Beef Pork Poultry (includes Chicken, Turkey) Venison (includes Elk, Moose, etc.) Upland birds (Turkey, quail, pheasant, grouse, etc.) Duck/Geese Critters (Coon, Possum, Nutria, Rabbit, Squirrel, etc.) Seafood Fish (yes, I included fish. It bleeds when you cut it) Whatever I left off

Can't pick just one. I eat a lot of chicken because it's cheap, good protein to support my workouts and can be cooked a million ways. I would never pick it as a favorite though. Beef is fantastic. I love venison. Duck is special to me. Seafood a treat. I know, you said only one..... so let's see.
I really do love a good steak. And by that I mean a great steak. Some of the best that I have ever eaten have been bison steaks in Montana. So, I guess that's my #1.

Got me thinking that this. Brought up some stuff I haven't had in a long time. I would say squirrel.

Fallow steak and oysters would be a close race for me.

I like a good steak and if duck is on the menu, then odds are I'm ordering it.
Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.
Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.
Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?
