You have to soak it in spicy Italian dressing before cooking. Makes all the difference

I've heard old guys talk about selling them to the local colored folks. Had to keep a paw on so they knew it wasn't a cat.

Personally, I've never been that hungry.

I used to have lease in winterboro and there was a group of 5-6 houses one one corner of the lease, all country black folks. Every Saturday and Sunday that I hunted that lease they had the smoker going with coons cooking drinking cold beer.
