The cuts are over 10 years. Also its the first budget passed in 6 years. That's why the spending is out of control.

Ghee Medicaid is for freeloaders medicare is for people like most of us who have had their paychecks raided by the Feds for 3-4 decades like me Yep Medicare is for folks over 65 right?

You're forced onto Medicare at 62 even if you have insurance and don't want Medicare. You have no choice. So why in the cornbread hell would they cut any funding?
They need to be focused on cutting FRAUD!

BTW, medicaid is NOT for freeloaders. It is for people in need. It's unfortunate that freeloaders are allowed, or sometimes encouraged, to take advantage of it. But, like welfare, it is intended for people in need. To which I and most conservatives have no problem.
