Thank y'all. Yeah he's a better bird than Ive ever killed. Getting a fan/plaque mount done. He shot him at 15 yards. He was struttting in a loading area at 9:00 with no hens. He wouldn't budge or gobble at me, but just gobble on his own whenever he wanted to. We snuck down the edge of the woods to within 75 yards. I cut really hard and shut up, few min later he walked down the gas line right to us. He shoots a little 11-87 youth with rem nitro #6's. Blew a hole in him for sure. My buddy measured the spurs with a piece of paper. I'll put a tape on them better when we get it back. Wish mounting one wasn't so high nowadays.........
