This one was for a Winchester 1300 12 ga. That's it, he's not a fan of TSS through a 12, thinks it's overkill. 10-4 Now, where can I get one of those prize winning chokes?

I don't own one but been looking at patterns online and that IC .555 is a mean choke in a variety of guns. I'll probably own one of those eventually.

Some people have been able to help even out their pattern by polishing their barrel. I haven't tried it myself, but a lot of people think it really helps. It will! Seen it myself. That's one thing the professional shotgun tuners do.

Also, I think the barrel on my 870 is a bit tight. It is all I can do to get a bore snake through the barrel. In fact I pulled the cord out of one bore snake, and I have to wrap the cord around something to use as a handle to pull it through. Yes...I did remove the turkey choke. I dont like doing it, but I usually try to snake it without a choke. polish that baby!

I polished mine, she throws a great pattern with 9s and a IC .570
