Nice stray. Wife made tater tot casserole. And strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Tater Tot casserole: Ground beef, 1.5 lbs. Small onion chopped. Cook onion with ground beef. Drain the beef. Add can of cream of mushroom soup. 2 cups of cheddar cheese. 4 ounces of sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together. Put in casserole dish. Cover with tater tots. Bake at about 375 35-45 minutes until tater tots are crispy.

Mmm, mmmm. Deer boudin sounds good.
Homemade vegetable soup tonight. Good on a chilly evening.

My grandson was supposed to come over for dinner so I was going to grill steaks and shrimp. He had a migraine come on so he went home and sacked out. We ended up just cooking bacon, eggs and grits for dinner. I'll do the steaks tomorrow after work. Hopefully he will feel better then.
What you do today, you have to sleep with tonight.
