Well looks like i have an irregular heart rythem.. whatever that means, looks like im going to see the Doc next tuesday. It comes and goes but looks like they were able to pinpoint it in the last 2 days due to very hard laboring work.. curious to see what they have to say.. the nurse did say normally it is treatable with medication so that makes me feel better... What types of medication are you on now? I had to do one of those and they just said while I don't have a regular rhythm, it is regular for me and nothing to worry about. The wife was doing a physical on me (yuck it up but it saves us money) and noticed it so she set me up to wear a monitor. And no, we weren't playing reverse Dr

I hope we have once again reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. Theres a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts. Ronald Reagan

Not on any medication at the moment, i went to the Dr today after wearing this monitor and he said there was one occurance that got has attention, my heart rate got to 170 for a short timespan, after climbing 10 flight of stairs with tools on my back.. and changine a wire rope on a crane, seems like i have a slight arythmia once my heart rate gets up there. They are wanting to see how a 2.5 mg betablocker works, im not convinced yet i should take it, its a blood pressure medicine and my bp is nornal, my resting heart rate is normal and he said everything else was perfect... i think i will get the bloodwork done and see if its not a thyroid issue before i get on a heart medication, bloodwork is coming friday, what ya'll think?

Myself I only want to go on meds as a last resort. It cant hurt to wait till your blood work is back.

Steelman prolly an episode of SVT. the beta blocker will help with this and keep your rhythm regular. 2.5mg is not going to hurt you. Im guessing bystolic
Only accurate rifles are interesting.

I have had AFIB for years, but it never bothered me much or lasted long enough to diagnose. I tried those monitors ,but I just couldn't keep those little stickers on. I finally had an episode when I was in the doctor's office and it wouldn't go away, so they packed me up and I spent 10 days in ICU. My heart rate stayed around 140- 160 until I had a Cardioversion and now I stay around 62. I also have to take 2 pills morning and nite.
