I have checked the software it is up to date. I got it to connect in my truck while I was setting it up but when I took it to put it up it want connect

I know the system is working. I just walked past one of mine, and it hit my phone within the next 20 - 25 yards of walking. Jeremy

If no camera light, then check to make sure that the usb cable is plugged in correctly to the camera. It can only go one way. Also, you will know that the camera is communicating with the modem when it takes a picture and then says USB connected. Try the connection and make the camera take a picture and let me know. Jeremy
