I'm looking at purchasing one of the cameras that send the pics to your cell phone. I was wondering if anyone knows which one is the best and if there worth it? I'm looking at the new Moultrie Mv1 but concerned about the battery life on it. Please let me know your experiences with them and what ones to stay away from. Thanks

I've never had one. Afraid to spend that much and have it stolen. I hunt mostly public land. Also, how good does the cell signal have to be? A lot of places I hunt have terrible/no reception

It getting stolen is another thing that I'm concerned about the price I'd be paying I could of put towards a couple of decent cameras.

I have the Covert Code Black which uses ATT service. Overall I have been pleased with it. Battery life has been good. It uses 12AA's. From what i have read, if you do not have good service the batteries will drain quickly searching for a signal. They make one that uses Verizon service as well. Obviously you would want to get the one that uses the provider that has the best service in your area.
