Any of y'all ever use cow manure to fertilize patchs? Like cow chit not the bag stuff? Plan on planting sugar beets, and rape with some light covering with a generic blend to fill in the blanks. Maybe 1/2 acre patches with good dirt and I figured scooping up some manure for a couple hours and spreading it around might save a little money seeing as I will be blowing my budget on the rest of the seed.

Fertilizer is fertilizer. I know some folks use chicken poop.

It be's that way sometimes.

The mushrooms would probably help keep my bucks active if they're all running around looking at the pretty colors.

Just use 10-10-10 or 8-8-8 will work if on a budget. Don't need much for plots.

I mean I can spend more but it's a little 30 acre place that holds a few does all year but nothing dramatic so I'd rather put the money in my other spots. I look into that thanks. I guess I'm stuck in the ways I've been taught as far as 3-13

We all use to use cow manure in our vegetable gardens. Plants grow fast and big!
