Took my old washer and dryer to my father-in-law today along with a basketball goal for my sis-in-law. He said "While you're here with your trailer, you want your tiller." I said "Shoot yeah." I had forgot he said he was going to give me a tiller. I been wanting one but too cheap to buy. For the little gardening I do, this old beauty ought to be right. Putting in some turnip greens and radishes in next week or so. Got home, put some non ethanol gas in it and it fired right up.

Them Merry tillers are solid. Grandpa used to have a feed store and they rented those out. Dad still has one from the store, and it's still going strong. Every bit of 40 years later.

That is awesome. It don't run real fast but seems like it's going to be a digging son of a gun. Can't wait to garden with it.

If you are breaking any new ground.... make sure you hold back hard on that horse and idle it down some...those tines will detach your arms from your sockets when they grab. My granddaddy's had 3-4 implements with his also. They were good in the day!
