BeeGees, Mill Street Deli and Pasquales are all good places around there. I forgot Mill Street Deli. Good food, good prices, and quick service. Not bad on the billfold either. We used to eat at Pasquales fairly often, but the last few times they seemed to have lowered the bar a little. I'm not a huge fan of the buffet, but their calzones are top notch. Haven't tried those. The buffet was what I was referring to. And maybe the tables and floor could stand more attention. I don't know if it's still true but they used to do an awesome open faced roast beef.

If you make it to Guntersville for a meal, Top of the River is your go to place. DO NOT go to Wintzells. It SUCKS.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Q Slow Smoked BBQ in downtown Boaz is very good. They have the best BBQ baked potato you'll ever eat. I think they're closed down now.

I will give my son this list of places to eat but odds are he will eat at McDonald's. He doesn't appreciate good food like I do. Now when I'm up there I will definitely be looking some of these places up.

Johnny is a transmission god. He use to build transmissions for our drag cars back a few years ago. He's a good one. x2 on Brad Bearden. My buddy Johnny Goodman works for him and is one of the best in N.A.He is W.O.A.D.the best transmission guy on sand mountain. If I lived a hundred miles away and had tranny problems I would have it towed to where ever he works to have him fix it because I would have the confidence of knowing it was fixed and not patched.
