At first they had nothing. About 2 weeks later I got an email from one of them stating that they just had a place come available that matched what I was looking for. I tried all the websites and didn't really get anything good. AFOA had a few decent properties but I was either out bid or were too far away.

The florida people in our club put way more pressure on the land than me. They take off for weeks at a time and are constantly hunting or riding around the club in between hunts. But I understand your point. For without victory, there is no survival

Last year was very frustrating for me and a few other guys. I decided to look for a lease before last season ended. It is hard to find a good place within driving distance of my home. Was very lucky this place came available.
