Damn Allen! That looks painful as hell! Man I hope things get better for you soon. Leroy I appreciate the thought. Those photos are for the most part the result of me just walking to the bathroom in the morning. I can only wear flip flops. If I wore shoes I honestly feel my toes would slide / melt off. Jeeze I don't understand the process for disability. Previously, they ruled that I could do substantial work. The ONLY JOB THAT I THOUGHT I COULD DO BETTER WAS DETERMING IF SOME WAS DISABLED MUCH MORE SO THEN OUR GOVERNMENT.

I work with a young lady who is paralyzed from the waist down and gets around very well in a wheelchair. She tells everyone she is not disabled and never misses a day of work. I wonder how many folks receive disability that aren't nowhere near her physical condition.
I also know several folks that receive 100% disability and still manage to hunt every day of the year. It is about time SSA took a look at them and reviewed their claims. Either you are disabled or you are not.
I can't stand a thief.

There are few things in this world more frustrating...
i can think of another long process that has been a much talked about topic on here recently that is right up there... Allen, that looks horrible man. Hate you having to deal with that

Tell him to get a lawyer.
This he will never get it without a lawyer plus I THINK you have to be out of work for 2 years before you can get it, when he does get it they will pay back pay from the first time he applied in a lump sum.. At least this was what a friend of mine was told by her lawyer..

There are plenty of people who abuse the system, and people who don't report them are also part of the problem. If you know someone who is on disability and truly should not be, report em. SSA Office of Inspector General online fraud reporting form U.S. Mail: Social Security Fraud Hotline P.O. Box 17785 Baltimore, Maryland 21235 Telephone: 1-800-269-0271 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time You can report anonymously. I worked for a disability firm for a few years and saw people get paid disability who shouldn't have received it, and some folks who did deserve it who never got it. But most of the folks who received disability payments were in really bad shape
