A 1% solution will kill most stuff assuming you get adequate coverage with a sprayer that is calibrated for the speed you plan to drive while spraying.
1% solution = 1 gallon roundup to 99 gallons of water. You can divide these quantities for smaller tank sizes. 1gallon = 128 ounces.
