I think I've seen you post about hunting in Geneva

Geneva State Forest

not the most credible source...

We had a lease down that way that we are letting go. Had a run in with a neighbor, and not worth dealing with the any longer. They thought that since they live there, that their kids should have the right to play paint ball in the woods, while we were hunting. We told the kids that it wasn't safe for them to be running around the woods where we are hunting. That wasn't okay with them.

FYI: The corn was ~200 yards from the stand well out of sight. Perfectly legal. Prior to putting out any corn I emailed the local GM and and marked where we planned to hunt and where the corn was located.

Hey, you stupid witch, your boys and their friends are trespassing. If you feel the need to turn your kids loose in the woods, go buy or lease them some property. If they want to continue to play here, send them over this way and I'll put their asses to work and let them earn a spot to play.

Sincerely,
The Hunter

Bingo! Who knew that if your property backed up to 16,000 acres - it's considered yours too? She's setting up a bad example for them boys

Beer Belly, did you talk to the Game Warden about the harassment from the mom and the fact that she allows her kids to just roam around anywhere in the woods that don't belong to her?

That would be a good way for a kid to be accidentally shot. Heck, I won't even consider going on the designated hiking trails in the Conecuh National Forest during deer and turkey seasons.

I took a photo of the sign and talked with the Geneva sheriff. I think he talked to the dad, and I expect the dad had a talk with the boys, and the wife.

The boys were ~12-16ish.
