I tried low and slow cooking on it but I never got the hang of it. They are great for grilling up some burgers. I bought two of them in one year. First lasted 6 months the second didn't last 3month's. Then I got my duo. A big deciding factor I already have a Texas pit smoker. And hopefully in a few months I'm getting a lang smoker.
