Tells me you don't have real turkey hunters because when I'm off work I'm there all day. You ride up on a field at the wrong time and spook a bird off while I'm there hunting I'm gonna be pissed! I have had that happen and the conversation wasn't pleasant because it was family. If no one is hunting then I agree not a problem by just riding through like you said as long as no one is hunting no one is hunting. We've had trappers trap our place but it wasn't allowed during deer or turkey season & worked out great for us and the trapper. We both benefitted from the trapping. He was always polite and called to let us know when he had started trapping and when he was finished for the year. If we were there and ran up on a trapped animal he got a phone call and we didn't mess with his critter or equipment. I think we agree and disagree on some points. I've enjoyed sharing our opinions and views on the subject and I'm always open to looking at another view point. Good luck with the endeavors of trapping and finding members for the club.

I would never ride up on someone turkey hunting, that just common courtesy. I always check the sign in board , an I run my line or that line at noon. We only have 2 guys that turkey hunt, 1500 acres. 1 guy has killed 2 turkeys so far. I was told 19 lbs and 10 inch beard on 1 of them. thumbup

I hunted at Bambi hunting club in southern Fayette County. Great! area. lots of deer, hogs, and turkey. Best 6 years of hunting in my life so far. Wish I was still in. Too far from Cullman. I have my Tennessee Farm also. I have seen a 145" 8pt. 135" 10pt. come off Bambi. Numerous Deer that got put on the wall. The Sipsey River Swamp is a special place on a cold Jan. afternoon. In 6 years at Bambi I killed 17 deer 3 Hogs 1 Beautiful Longbeard.

Bambi is also run by a Great Guy. Very nice people! Really does a lot of work on the property. Talking about this makes me dream of sitting in the 12 Swamp stand in Jan. Wow!

Don't really have a dog in the fight, but regarding the driving around on club property during turkey season, I wonder if you deer hunters would mind people showing your club land during deer season - especially during the rut?

Pastor Mike? He is a great guy. Was Rodney and Mr. Raymond in it then too. Rodney is deadly with the longbow.
