Hey guys, If you have some ready available pictures lets see them; even if you think they look bad. I want to make a comparison to my own which are questionable to say the least!

Thanks in advance.

I'm not very good at it, but here's mine.

On your 20s, are you trimming the shell at all? It seems like the 3" shell was a little long to get the crimp tight enough on the shot card.

Here is One of mine, I do trim the hulls

But some do turn out bad if you try to roll them too quick with too much pressure like this one.
but even my bad looking crimps still put up good patterns.

My first 4 were awful (white nail polish) I trimmed two and didn't trim two. After getting the groove the rest turned out great. Did not trim those. Once you get the pressure and speed right it works like a charm.

I roll my on a drill press from harbor freight. I spin it for a few secs just touching the shell then I quickly press down and release I get a real good crimp.

Do I need to be loading my shells up with nail polish like a lot of the shells in these pics or will just a thin layer be sufficient? So far I've had no problems but I haven't exactly had these shells while hunting through a monsoon.

I loaded mine with nail polish because of my experience with Nitros. They put a thin coat of polish or whatever on them and it last through a season just fine. But I tend to leave my shells in my truck or wherever else from season to season, and I've seen them crack and the buffer start Falling out. Just trying to be a step ahead with mine.
