yes it would because it wouldn't go to wildlife. they would just rob it and put it in the general fund like they have in the past. I admit you maybe right. BUT if used correctly I see no problem with 25 bucks per feeder. I could do 20 for 450 at that price. See thats alot of money for the rest of us peons who dont have our own line of anti dog/dog hunting products sprays and shells. Just saying...

I don't believe they have voted yet? The vote was suppose to be on the 15th day of the legislature calendar not the 15th day of March. According to info on ALISON the lawmakers have 30 legislative days during a 105 day session. Typical 2 days a week are for voting and are considered a legislative day and the other 3 days aren't counted but are spent in committee or meetings.
I have no idea which week they are in but if anyone knows when they started then you could be able to roughly guess the LEGISLATIVE CALENDAR DAY. Seems like SB14 hadn't been voted on yet which was scheduled for DAY 11 so it could still be a few weeks before the baiting vote?????
Not confusing at all huh?

Any updates, need to make some decisions soon about planting. Go ahead and plant. You'll be better off either way.

I'm going to plant, but just trying to make the wisest decisions on what to plant where. There will be corn, soybeans, peas, and chufas in the ground, just some ground produce better than others and need to be smart about it.

CAB can make a regulation but cannot make a law. Alabama baiting is under the law part and should a not be able to be superceded by a CAB regulation...but who knows???
