New York strip. This will sound strange to some of you, but my choice is a chopped sirloin. I have some dental issues and this is much easier for me.

Always been a ribeye man but lately I've been grilling a thick cut bacon wraped sirloin from Publix. I like a good tender sirloin but they are hard to find.

I just like a good steak. I don't discriminate.

Unless you've had a home grown Chi-Angus crossbred show calf, fed Auburn bull test feed for 5 months, you haven't had the best. You may have had great, but it's 2nd place at best.

^Outstanding. That looks fantastic. Love prime rib on a smoker.
