Wow... So Kelly turns down $1.3 million a year from Auburn to stay at FSU making $583,000... interesting...
On the surface you would think that anyone would want to more than double their salary, regardless of the situation. It would seem to be somewhat of a red flag. Where does Auburn go from here?
Maybe he thought that his chances of getting a head coaching job would be better if he stayed at FSU and did well as a DC.

FSU almost doubled his pay to keep him per some of the Internet insiders. He is also very loyal to Jimbo because of the chance he gave him. I don't blame him for staying where he is at this point. All kidding aside Burbank, that was reported to be a big factor.
