Yep.The club I am in had some great friends in it and over the last few years they have gone their seperate ways.It just ain't what it used to be.Most of the time I am there by myself.Some people could care less if they were hunting by themselves but I'm not one of them.For me hunting has become over the years about 50% hunting and 50% spending quality time with friends.If it werent for my kids going with me when they can get off work then I probably wouldn't go.

I have the "It's suppose to be 70 degrees this weekend, the rut ain't going on and I could get a lot done around the house this weekend and wait until the weather gets right for me", syndrome.

I can't get in the mood this year myself. Yep..Dayum weather has been a disappointment (To me) thus far.. Heck it's December the 9th and I love Christmas time, but I feel like scrooge at the moment..

i just don't want to go hunting syndrome. Thought it was just me . I can't remember a time when I was this uninterested in deer hunting. Weather, not seeing deer, other projects, sickening national politics, something is in the air that's got me distracted too. Waiting for the rut in January.
