Anyone have any suggestions on who to use? I want a 24x30x10 or 30x30x10. Fully enclosed with an entry door and either a large slide door or a roll up door. I'm think of going with crushed rock or gravel on inside instead of concrete to cut costs. Thanks in advance.

Go bigger than you think you want. I had a 30x60x12 built this fall and glad I went that size.

This is just for storage. For the tractor and mule and various other things. I need to have a secure area to put things instead of leaving out in open and In the weather. (I currently don't live on property) This is to decrease the likelihood of my stuff getting stolen. I know if someone wants it bad enough they will take it. But out of site out of mind. This will be away from the house. When I build my house there will be another pole barn close to the house for shop and man cave.

I want this installed. I don't want to lift a finger. Besides I don't have the time. I found a company based out of Kentucky with pretty good reviews for the 24x30x10 for $6100

Nice looking barn. Is 30'x60' the slab size, or what you have enclosed?

I built mine 30x50x10 with a 10x10 garage door in the gable end and side walk thru door. I believe I had about $6k in it. I have not regretted the gravel floor but If I had it to do over again I would have poured concrete in the back 10ft section just for storage. I just leveled the gravel with a box blade. Take this advise, put a couple inches of fine crush on the top of your pad, level, wet it, and run a vibrating tamp over it.
30x30 is NOT BIG ENOUGH believe me. I was gonna do a 20x40 and my uncle refused to help me if I didnt build it bigger. Im glad I listened to him. Wished mine was a 30x60. Ive filled mine up in 10 years and you will too. Go Bigger you wont regret it.

I've got 13500 in mine but its 30x36 with 10'walls and 15' at the ridge of the roof. I had concrete poured for a 30x56 but only closed in 30x36 so I had a pad to work on outside. Also bubble insulated the roof and basically doubled the number of 2x6's on the sides. Got one roll up door and one side door.

Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Are you in Dothan or maybe just west or south of Dothan? A good friend of mine close to DeFuniak Springs builds them all the time. If you want I will see if he would go that far and give a price, he would just have to have a detailed drawing.

Anybody do them in the Chambers County/Auburn area? Need one fairly quick after deer season.

I just had a 24 x 36 with a 12 x 24 lean to 10' eaves put up at my place in headland. Had the materials provided by all metal in cowarts and the guys name who installed it was nick. I can give you his number if you are interested. The kit was $3400 and the installation was $1100. Started putting it up at 9:30 in the morning friday and were done by 2:30.

Ive had quotes from $3000 to $3400 on the finished slab for it. To close in 24x24 portion on three sides with coated metal and board and batten siding on the front with a roll up and walk in door is another $2200. Installation on the enclosure is $1100.
