This is just for storage. For the tractor and mule and various other things. I need to have a secure area to put things instead of leaving out in open and In the weather. (I currently don't live on property) This is to decrease the likelihood of my stuff getting stolen. I know if someone wants it bad enough they will take it. But out of site out of mind. This will be away from the house. When I build my house there will be another pole barn close to the house for shop and man cave.
I want this installed. I don't want to lift a finger. Besides I don't have the time. I found a company based out of Kentucky with pretty good reviews for the 24x30x10 for $6100

I built mine 30x50x10 with a 10x10 garage door in the gable end and side walk thru door. I believe I had about $6k in it. I have not regretted the gravel floor but If I had it to do over again I would have poured concrete in the back 10ft section just for storage. I just leveled the gravel with a box blade. Take this advise, put a couple inches of fine crush on the top of your pad, level, wet it, and run a vibrating tamp over it. 30x30 is NOT BIG ENOUGH believe me. I was gonna do a 20x40 and my uncle refused to help me if I didnt build it bigger. Im glad I listened to him. Wished mine was a 30x60. Ive filled mine up in 10 years and you will too. Go Bigger you wont regret it.
Its not the will to win but the will to prepare to win!

I've got 13500 in mine but its 30x36 with 10'walls and 15' at the ridge of the roof. I had concrete poured for a 30x56 but only closed in 30x36 so I had a pad to work on outside. Also bubble insulated the roof and basically doubled the number of 2x6's on the sides. Got one roll up door and one side door.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Anybody do them in the Chambers County/Auburn area? Need one fairly quick after deer season.
