Come in handy out there any rain or snow and it is a muddy mess.

Dad had an early 1980's Honda civic hatchback the we called the "hoopty" with a dog box built in the back we would take when we went hunting. Had a perfectly good Chevy 4x4 sitting at the house but that little car made gas. I remember being about 13 and all these big four wheel drive trucks getting stuck and that little Honda bouncing right thru a mudhole. We got stuck on the way out and I just got out and picked the rear end up off the ground while he eased out of the mud

We will burn that bridge when we get there

Looking for a black Dodge at Choccolocco last weekend? Funny you say that. There was a black Dodge parked where I usually park and hunt, Saturday morning.

I dog hunted with a guy many years ago that had an old car he used. He took out the back seat and put hay in the trunk area and back seat area and he probably hauled 6 or 8 dogs in that thing, just opened the door and let them run. Stunk, but it worked.

An older gentleman that was friends with my pawpaw used to have a Dodge colt. I'm not sure of the year model but it is a little two door hatchback front wheel drive car. He would have 5 beagles all in that thing it stunk to high heaven and he didn't smell any better. The old car only had one seat which was the driver seat and all the padding was gone from it. All he set on was the metal frame of the seat. I was always glad that car only had one seat and my pawpaws truck was a single cab so we all didn't have to ride together.

I hunt out of my Corolla all the time, I've got a truck but as much as I run around to different properties it's easier on the wallet to just take the car if the roads are good. I finally put a rack on it this year, got tired of tying them to the trunk!

My dad had a 67 Mustang and a 76 Thunderbird that carried many a deer out of the woods.
