Every time I find a loaded persimmon tree, they fall and are gone before bow season even starts. I'm in the Montgomery area

We have several where I hunt but two of our largest trees that are loaded every year never drop their fruit. Can't figure out why this continues to happen every single year. Any idea what may be causing this to occur?

I'm going to hunt one of our fields in the morning that has a persimmon tree in it that's still loaded and dropping.
