Hey guys, looking for recommendations on solid bow shops for tweaking/tuning bows in & around Mobile & Gulf Shores... Also looking for tips on any free ranges in that area, as well... Have a friend that's interested in getting into archery & is wanting to know...

Bass Pro has a bow shop...I wouldn't call it solid...since it seems they are on commission, you cant get anybody in there to help you unless you want to buy a $900+ item. And if they see you looking at arrows, they will literally run the other way rather than cut them for you. As far as free ranges go, Hahahahahahaha. Sorry that was a good one. I bought a block target and shoot it in my driveway. Good Luck. Somebody needs to get something going down here, I think there is a good business opportunity for someone willing to do it.

Bass Pro guys do not work on commission. Just fyi.
But no. There are no great bow shops in Baldwin County. Campbell's Hardware in Robertsdale used to do decent work but im not sure anymore since their best bow tech left.

Mobile. Y he two places i would take a bow would be quints or bow Hunter pro shop. I would only let cooper mess with my bow at quints. He's jam up and fun to talk to. Scott at bow Hunter pro shop can be a pain in the rear end sometimes from what i am told but has never tested me wrong and is jam up. He helped me out in a bad time last year when my limb cracked right before season. I will probably never use anyone else for that matter. There both in Saraland. He could hit both up and see who he likes. One sells hoyts and mathews and the other sells pse and something else
