We haven't gotten a lot, just a little at a time for a week. I don't think I've seen the sun but about 4 hours total since last Thursday. What we've gotten has soaked in. Glad I planted on the 19th. 3rd weekend in September hit it just right again.

Hardin County TN is where I've been needing rain, due north of Florence about 50 miles. We got a good one Tuesday I believe.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

It's still dusty here and it has drizzled everyday since Friday of last week I think. I bet we haven't gotten an 1/8" all together. So light at radar doesn't even pick it up, but enough to get you wet if you stay out in in for a couple hours.
