Restructioning an old established hunting club with all new memberships. Yearly budget will be $16,500.00 per year. This includes a 12 room club house fully furnished, covered meatpole, grill and smokers, sheds for 4 wheelers, all electricity and gas. Land is 1200 acres with 14 green fields with shooting houses on each field. Lease is due by May 31. This is an chance for a group or family to get a club that is fully completed and ready to hunt. This fee also includes having the green fields planted with seed and fertilizer. The land has deer, turkey and hogs with gates to all green fields. Number of members and kill rules are up to the one leasing.

What was name of old club?

Old name of the club is the Flat Horn Hunting Club. Yes if I don't have to get individual members, the new crew can make their own rules on buck restrictions and other hunting rules. The only thing demanded is the rules follow Alabama State Law. I also have rules about keeping the house clean and and protecting the property.

The only way to run a "club" is through a dictatorship.
