Flat ground. It is definitely grown up with under brush from what I can see from the rd. I haven't walked it out but it appears to have quite a few big trees on it. I wouldn't be to concerned about any hardwood trees unless they were in way of building but I did see quite a few tall pines.

3000-5000/ hauled off is the average per acre that we get. Pushed up and piled should be cheaper. A lot depends on the terrain and the thickness of the land
