Hazel's in OB all you can eat crab legs for $30.00 per head, we got our moneys worth.:)

Pirates Cove over in Josaphine. Great cheese burgers and the coldest beer of "ANY" where! They came out slushsie! Neat feel to it as well. Turn right going north on 59 at Lamberts past Wolf Bay, on CR 95 almost at the end of the rd. Worth the drive. I was told that is where Jimmy Buffet wrote the song "Cheese burger in paradise" about, not sure. But I am sure they have cold beer and great CB's smile

We just got back yesterday from Orange beach. Diamond Jims is as good there as it is in Livingston. Oyster house in Gulf shore was really good. Try the blackened tuna or snapper. Both are really good.

Buffet says he wrote the song about the Dew Drop Inn in Mobile not far from USA. I had to go try one after this and found the chili dogs were better that the cheese burgers.

Pirate's Cove burgers were famous when I was in high school and college 30+ years ago. The only way we knew to get there was by boat, across the bay. They were superb back then with all the sautéed onions, washed down with cold brew.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

PC is still good and beer is still cold! Didn't know if the guy knew what he was talking about when he told me about the JB song. You know how stories go. It is still worth the drive. Also go by the Marina while out that way. It will be worth the time as well. Kids will like it. It's on the same rd as PC.

King Neptune's out to be in this conversation. Their corn and crab bisque is as good as you will have

Its worth the drive to Fisherman's Corner in Perdido. Our place is in Perdido so it is easy for me. It is located under the inter-coastal bridge.

Everything there is awesome and fresh. Small place though.

We usually eat later than most people. We wont usually leave the beach until 7:30 or so. My favorite time at the beach is after 4:30 when the sun drops down behind the condos and the breeze picks up.

We dont eat out often. My wife and I love to cook and will usually sleep late, then prep what we will eat for lunch and supper then usually hit the beach around noon. This is fine with our children as they are 16 and 19 and could sleep all day if I would let them.

Its vacation, your supposed to sleep late and eat good food with your friends and family. No schedules.

I love my country, but don't trust my government.

What about places out towards Ft. Morgan?

Tomorrow the best eats will be at my condo! Shrimp boil(from billy's) with sausage, corn, and potatoes. Seasoned with Slap Ya Momma. Also, we will have fresh grilled redfish fillets caught by yours truly! Those will be dredged in butter with blackened seasoning. I'm hungry just thinking about it.
