You won't be able to go there it's out Hwy. 190 going west from Baton Rouge. As soon as you cross the atchafalaya and enter Krotz Springs on the left there is a little wooden meat shop. Be looking for it as soon as you come off the bridge. I don't know the name. Anyway I shoot pistols out there on sherbourne wma range and always stop there. They have a boudin ball with cream cheese and jalape�o inside!!!! If anyone is ever out that way for any reason you need to stop, I promise you will have a spiritual experience. Best cracklings I've had in the state hands down.

Boudin is sorta like sausage but with rice in it. Most of the time it's made of pork liver and blood with different seasonings, but there is also gator, crawfish, beef and venison versions. If you ever drive through LA on i-10, stop and get some. You won't be disappointed. Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?
