I don't have a recipe but did leave some waaaaay too long in the smoker and accidently made jerky... it wasn't bad (I refuse to let any turkey meat go to waste, ha) but I won't do that again! Jerky by default, I like it! I had some packaged stuff that was on the table at a NWTF banquet this spring. It was sweet, tender, and pretty good!

Love turkey jerky.
Cut it in chunks and marinade it with a good jerky juice. I use "Blackwater" marinade made by a local outfit that isn't available anymore....
Anyway, grind it up, form it in strips, then put in dehydrator till ready. Awesome, thanks!
