They were gobblin good Sunday in Dallas Co. I haven't had a chance to hunt since big boy season opened.

West Tuscaloosa County:
Opening day 5 different toms wearing it out from the roost, and 2 of them kept going on the ground.
Thursday morning, same place, one bird gobbled 3 times on the ground from 7:45 -8, nothing on the roost.
You just never know what they are going to do.

Probably heard 6 or 7 different birds this morning. All but 2 were off my property. Heard first gobble at 6:09. Left em gobbling sporadically at 8:30.
