I have had about 4 shells bust back open. I chambered one today to shoot and the damn shot poured out. How do y'all seal them? Thanks

Are you roll crimping or using a reloader?

If your roll crimping you must not be running the crimp down firm. I never have had one come even close to coming open.

Not sure how to load a pic. I'm roll crimping them. It seems to me the over shot card is too Flemish. It's about as thick as a coffee fitler

Damn I think I figured it out. Is the Tight seal overshot not the actual overshot card?

No sir. The tight seal will get you in trouble. You need some real overshot cards

I was told to use tight seal overshot. Is that not the overshot card but rather something that goes under the actual card?

I wish I could breathe life back into him,

The tight seal is for fold crimping. Throw that away if your roll crimping. Just need an overshot card like what pictures above.
