I'm an Alabama fan but that guy is embarrassing. What an idiot. Every time they show something like this on TV I cringe. I feel like Saban could get someone who actually knew something about lifting to represent the program publicly. This guy is a major Delta Bravo.

My rub is that you never really see players blowing the doors off once they get to the combine (like in bench, etc), and there seems to be a lot of our skill players that end up with chronic injury situations. I've heard talk from people who actually know the latest on training techniques (not me certainly) that he's weak on knowledge of up to date training methods, but since he screams a bunch that buys him credibility.

In the end, it's what one of you mentioned: Saban is satisfied with him. Since Saban knows what he's doing, then he must be getting acceptable strength results. I still don't like his ridiculous demenor.
